Every request is tied to an exact listing, a report version, and a dated PDF so that research remains traceable over time.
1. Confirm the exact listing
Each request starts with a market, exchange and exact ticker. Share classes remain separate, and similarly named companies are never silently merged.
2. Check the current archive first
When a current dossier already exists, it is made available immediately. This reduces duplicate work while preserving the original report date and version.
3. Request a refreshed dossier when needed
A dossier older than one month can be refreshed. Each requester can track the request and will be notified when an updated dossier is ready.
4. Preserve a reviewable record
Completed PDFs retain the security, version, report date, and language so editions remain easy to trace. Users are notified when a requested dossier is ready.
