A clear path from a listed security to a durable investment dossier.
Every request is tied to an exact listing, a report version, and a dated PDF so that research remains traceable over time.
1. Confirm the exact listing
Each request starts with a market, exchange and exact ticker. Share classes remain separate, and similarly named companies are never silently merged.
2. Check the current archive first
When a current dossier already exists, it is made available immediately. This reduces duplicate work while preserving the original report date and version.
3. Request a refreshed dossier when needed
A dossier older than one month can be refreshed. Requests for the same security are grouped for efficient fulfillment without losing each requester’s status or notification.
4. Preserve a reviewable record
Completed PDFs are stored with immutable metadata such as security, version, report date, language, and file hash. Users are notified when a requested dossier is ready.
